Nick Black wrote this week to say that he is working on releasing all of the Mirage 2000s of the Armée de l'Air.  He will be doing this working with the scenery designers, AFCAD and AI programmers, and beta testers at Military AI Works (MAIW).  He is releasing the project in seven packages.  This page will be updated as more information is available and as the individual packages are released.  Watch a video on this series.
EC 1/12 Cambrésis       The Mirage 2000 models (C/-5, B, D/N) used for the project were created by Fernando Martinez specifically for AI use and feature full animations.  These popular models have been used previously in scenery packages from SDB Scenery and VFAF.

The seven packages will include the following airbases:
  1. Dijon-Longvic AB (LFSD) and Al-Dhafra AB, UAE (OMAM)
  2. Cambrai-Epinoy AB (LFQI)
  3. Orange-Caritat AB (LFMO)
  4. Nancy-Ochey AB (LFSO)
  5. Luxeuil-St Sauveur AB (LFSX)
  6. Istres/Le Tubé AB (LFMI)
  7. Mont de Marsan AB (LFBM), Cazaux AB (LFBC), and Djibouti-Ambouli (HFFF)

Istres is also the home of the French test pilot school (EPNER), and houses both a government flight test establishment and Dassault's private flight test center.

Cazaux       Several different Mirage 2000 versions with the Centre d'Essais en Vol (CEV) at Cazaux AB (LFBC).

The Belgian Alpha Jets package from MAIW adds even more traffic to Cazaux.  To avoid duplication and conflicts, be sure to follow the Readme file and Forum notes.
